archtek

We build the systems growing businesses run on.

A software and AI company in Cairo. Businesses in Egypt and Kuwait run on our systems today.

Founded in 2025 to close a gap.

ArchTek started in Cairo with one observation. Companies were paying for big software, sitting through months of implementation, and still keeping the real numbers in Excel right next to it. Systems built for other markets didn't fit Arabic or the way business works here. And AI was changing what software could do, with no practical way in for most companies.

We set out to close that gap. Our first system was an ERP for a retail chain. Since then we've built twelve ready-to-deploy systems for the industries that keep the region running, and made AI part of everything we deliver.

Today more than 10 businesses in Egypt and Kuwait run on ArchTek. We measure our success by one thing: how much better our clients' businesses run.

Amr Ahmed, Founder and CEO of ArchTek

I kept seeing the same expensive mistake: new software goes live, and the real numbers stay in Excel right next to it.

Amr AhmedFounder & CEO, ArchTek

Amr started freelancing at 15, editing video and running social media for clients. When those clients started asking for websites and apps, he taught himself to build them.

He learned software engineering through online courses and Egypt's Digital Egypt Pioneers Initiative (DEPI), studied financial analysis, business management and entrepreneurship, and is studying Computer Science at Nile University.

At ArchTek he leads strategy and product, and works directly with every client, from the first conversation through design, pricing and delivery.

Technology should serve the business. Never the other way around.

Four lines we hold.

They're why companies choose us, and each one costs us something.

One price before code.

Every client gets a clear scope, a date for each phase and one price in writing before any code is written. Proposals take longer to write this way. They also save everyone the month-three conversation about what “depending on scope” was supposed to mean.

Arabic from the first screen.

Every system is designed right to left from its first screen, on the same core and at the same time as the English one. It costs more at the start. It's also why teams in Egypt and Kuwait use the same system without a workaround.

AI starts small.

One real use case, measured against how things worked before. A small win is easy to measure and easy for a team to trust, and that trust is what makes the second use case possible.

AI never decides about people.

AI can rank, suggest and remind. Decisions about people, from who gets hired to who gets let go, stay with people.

To give businesses the software and AI they need to run efficiently, decide faster and grow with confidence.
