What we collect
When you send the contact form, we receive what you type: your name, work email, phone or WhatsApp number, company, country, what you need, your message and how you prefer to be contacted. If you email us, we receive your email and anything in it.
Why we collect it
Only to reply to your enquiry and, if you choose to work with us, to prepare a proposal. We don't add you to marketing lists, and we never sell or rent your details.
Where it's kept
Enquiries go straight into ArchTek's own business system, which we run and secure ourselves, and to our company mailbox. Access is limited to the people at ArchTek who need it to respond to you.
Cookies and analytics
This website doesn't set advertising or tracking cookies. We may use privacy-friendly, cookie-free analytics that count page views without identifying you. Our hosting provider processes basic technical data, such as IP addresses, to keep the site fast and secure.
How long we keep it
We keep enquiries for as long as we need them to respond and to follow up on a project. If we don't end up working together, you can ask us to delete your details at any time.
Your choices
You can ask to see, correct or delete the details you've sent us. Email [email protected] and we'll take care of it.
